  • 12 Mini Mozzarella Balls (Bocconcini)
  • 12 Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 12 Toothpicks or Mini Skewers
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 0.5 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Pinch of Cracked Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Rinse cherry tomatoes under cool water, pat dry, and gather mozzarella balls and basil leaves.
  2. Assemble the skewers: Pierce one cherry tomato, followed by a mozzarella ball and a basil leaf onto each skewer.
  3. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil over the assembled skewers.
  4. Add balsamic glaze to the skewers, adjusting to taste.
  5. Season with sea salt and black pepper.

Notes
