  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl and beat until creamy and smooth.
  3. Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a lightly floured surface, creating one large rectangle.
  5. Evenly spread the cream cheese and blueberry mixture over the dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly from one end into a log and pinch to seal.
  7. Slice the log into about 1-inch thick rolls.
  8. Brush the egg wash over each roll.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
