  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine rolled oats, all-purpose flour, and brown sugar in a medium bowl.
  3. Pour in melted butter and mix until crumbly; press into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes, until lightly golden.
  5. Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl until smooth and fluffy.
  6. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  7. Fold in fresh blueberries gently.
  8. Pour the filling over the baked crust and spread evenly.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until filling is set.
  10. Cool completely in the pan, then slice into squares.

Notes

For a healthier twist, use whole wheat or gluten-free flour. You can substitute fresh blueberries with a mixture of berries or frozen blueberries (thawed).
