Creamy Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta

A comforting pasta dish combining savory chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing for a delicious meal.

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
  • 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Save 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Prep the chicken by seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet until fully cooked, then shred.
  3. Crumble the bacon after cooking until crispy.
  4. Combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and broccoli in a large bowl. Add ranch dressing and mix well.
  5. Fold in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or additional ranch dressing as desired.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with extra bacon and parsley.

Notes

Feel free to substitute chicken and bacon with grilled veggies for a vegetarian option. Add jalapeños for a spicy kick!
