Chili Lime Chicken

A vibrant and refreshing chicken dish marinated in zesty lime juice and warm chili powder, perfect for any summer gathering.

  • Juice of 2 Limes
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Optional: Fresh Cilantro for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Juice the limes and mince the garlic. Set them aside.
  2. Create the marinade by whisking together the lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat your grill or frying pan to medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Rest the chicken for about 5 minutes after cooking.
  7. Slice the chicken against the grain and serve with remaining marinade and cilantro garnish.
