Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch square baking dish by greasing it lightly.
  3. Open your can of peaches, drain, and reserve the syrup. Spread the peaches evenly in the baking dish.
  4. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl until well-combined.
  5. Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter gently over the peaches in the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
