Crispy Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Crispy garlic Parmesan potato wedges that are loaded with flavor and perfect as a side dish or snack.

  • 4 large potatoes, preferably Russets
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes under cold water and cut them into wedges.
  3. Toss the potato wedges with olive oil in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Arrange the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
