  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients in a large mixing bowl and a medium mixing bowl for the cream cheese.
  2. Combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in the medium bowl and mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently to maintain a light texture.
  4. Add the drained pineapple, sliced strawberries, diced kiwi, and raspberries to the large mixing bowl.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the fruits and gently mix until coated.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
  7. Serve chilled, garnished with shredded coconut or mint leaves if desired.

Notes
