  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and ginger. Add chicken and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare your skewers: Soak wooden skewers in water if using, to prevent burning.
  3. Skewer the chicken: Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, aiming for 4-6 pieces per skewer.
  4. Grill the skewers: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Glaze and serve: Brush reserved marinade on skewers in the last minutes of grilling for extra flavor.
