Korean Strawberry Milk

A sweet and nostalgic Korean Strawberry Milk that brings together ripe strawberries and creamy non-dairy milk.

  • 1 pound strawberries (finely diced, divided into 2 cups and ¾ cup)
  • ¼ cup cane or brown sugar
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • 23 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk (almond, oat, or soy)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing them and hulking them, finely dicing 2 cups and reserving ¾ cup for garnish.
  2. Combine the diced strawberries with ¼ cup of sugar and a squeeze of lemon juice, then let sit.
  3. Blend the macerated strawberries with 2-3 cups of non-dairy milk until smooth, adjusting sweetness as needed.
  4. Serve the mixture in a tall glass, adding the reserved diced strawberries.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes or add ice, then enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to customize with variations like chocolate syrup or nutty flavors. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
