Low Carb Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large lettuce leaves or low-carb tortillas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: hot sauce or additional seasonings

Instructions

  1. Prep your chicken: If you haven’t prepped your chicken yet, you can quickly boil some chicken breast in seasoned water until fully cooked and then shred it.
  2. Sauté the garlic: Heat your olive oil over medium heat, toss in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Combine chicken and cheese: Stir in your shredded chicken along with the cheese, cooking for about 5 minutes until well combined.
  4. Season: Add salt and pepper to taste, plus any additional hot sauce or seasonings you like.
  5. Assemble your wraps: Lay out your lettuce leaves or tortillas flat, and spoon in the cheesy chicken mixture in the center.
  6. Fold and roll: For tortillas, fold in both sides and roll the bottom up to secure. For lettuce, fold the sides around the filling.
  7. Serve and enjoy: Serve immediately, either whole or cut in half for sharing.
