Oreo No-Bake Cheesecake Cups

Delightful no-bake cheesecake cups with a creamy filling and Oreo crust, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 1 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 8 oz Cool Whip or whipped topping
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2426 Oreo cookies (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Crush the cookies: Take about 15 Oreos and crush them into fine crumbs.
  2. Beat the cream cheese: In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
  3. Add in vanilla extract: Stir in the vanilla extract for flavor.
  4. Incorporate the Cool Whip: Gently fold in the Cool Whip until combined.
  5. Mix in the Oreo crumbs: Add about ¾ of the crushed Oreos to the cheese filling and mix gently.
  6. Assemble the cups: Layer the cheesecake mixture and crushed Oreos in cups.
  7. Top it off: Add extra Oreo crumbs on top for garnish.
  8. Chill and enjoy: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
