Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Fruit Salad

A delightful blend of creamy cheesecake and fresh peaches, capturing the essence of summer in a dessert salad.

  • 4 Fresh Peaches, Chopped
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peaches by washing and chopping them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling by beating the softened cream cheese until smooth and gradually adding sour cream and sugar.
  3. Fold in the chopped peaches, mini marshmallows, and nuts into the cheesecake mixture gently.
  4. Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve in bowls, garnished with nuts, cinnamon, or whipped cream.

Notes

You can make this a day in advance; just avoid adding the peaches too early to prevent mushiness.
