Ingredients

  • Fresh Peaches (about 4 cups, sliced)
  • Fresh Raspberries (2 cups)
  • Granulated Sugar (1 cup)
  • Brown Sugar (1/2 cup)
  • All-Purpose Flour (2 cups)
  • Baking Powder (1 tablespoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup, melted)
  • Milk (1 cup)
  • Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the fruit by combining the sliced peaches and raspberries with 1/2 cup of granulated sugar.
  3. Mix the topping by combining flour, baking powder, brown sugar, and salt. Then, add melted butter, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Assemble the cobbler by pouring the fruit mixture into a baking dish and dolloping the batter on top.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
