  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Start by prepping your vegetables. Rinse the cucumbers under cold water and slice them into half-moons.
  2. Next up, halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Slice the red onion thinly.
  4. Chop the parsley.
