A colorful and vibrant salad featuring ripe peaches, juicy watermelon, fresh mint, and zesty citrus, perfect for hot summer days.

  • 2 Ripe Peaches
  • 4 cups Juicy Watermelon (seedless)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Mint, chopped
  • 1 Lime or Lemon, juiced
  • Salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients by washing the peaches and watermelon thoroughly.
  2. Slice the Peaches into thin wedges or bite-sized cubes.
  3. Cut the Watermelon into manageable cubes or balls.
  4. Prepare the Mint by rinsing and chopping it finely.
  5. Combine the Ingredients in a large bowl, gently tossing them together.
  6. Add the Citrus juice over the mixture and toss gently.
  7. Season with Salt if desired and toss again.
  8. Chill and Serve after letting it sit for at least 15 minutes.
