3-Ingredient Cheesy Ranch Potatoes

  • 3 large Russet potatoes, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 12 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes under running water and cut them into bite-sized chunks.
  3. Mix the cut potatoes with about ½ cup of ranch dressing in a large bowl.
  4. Transfer the ranch-coated potatoes to a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until fork-tender and starting to get golden.
  6. Add the shredded cheese on top and bake for another 10-15 minutes until melted and bubbly.
  7. Cool for a few minutes and serve hot.

Notes

You can adjust the cheese and ranch dressing based on your preference, and feel free to sprinkle in some garlic powder or black pepper for extra flavor.
