  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Strawberries, blueberries, and whipped topping for decorating

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your cookie dough by slicing it into rounds and placing it in a pizza pan or a large baking sheet.
  3. Bake for about 15-18 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  4. Cool the crust completely in the pan.
  5. Make the cream cheese frosting by combining cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Beat until smooth.
  6. Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  7. Assemble your fruit toppings in the shape of a flag.
  8. Add whipped topping around the edges or sprinkle it over the fruit.
  9. Chill before serving for at least an hour.
