Pumpkin Cinnamon Apple Walnut Dump Cake

A delightful dump cake that embodies the flavors of autumn with pumpkin, sweet apples, warm cinnamon, and crunchy walnuts.

  • 1 can (15 oz) Pumpkin Puree
  • 4 cups Apple Slices (Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, or Fuji)
  • 1 box Spice Cake Mix
  • 1 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Layer the pumpkin puree evenly across the bottom of the dish.
  4. Add the apple slices over the pumpkin, sprinkling some cinnamon on top.
  5. Sprinkle the spice cake mix generously over the apples without mixing.
  6. Add the chopped walnuts on top of the cake mix.
  7. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45–50 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Cool for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Drizzle with caramel sauce for extra flavor.
