Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the baking dish by lightly greasing it with cooking spray or coconut oil.
  3. Mix the cottage cheese in a bowl until fluffy.
  4. Add honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, and mix until well combined.
