Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls

Delicious Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls that combine gooey cheese and vibrant broccoli, perfect for appetizers or snacks.

  • 2 cups broccoli florets (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray (for greasing the baking sheet)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Chop your fresh broccoli florets into finely crushed bits.
  3. Combine the chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, shredded cheddar, grated Parmesan, eggs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Form about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into a ball.
  5. Place each ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Spray the tops with cooking spray and bake for about 18-20 minutes.
  7. Let the cheese balls cool on the sheet for a few minutes.
