Blueberries and Cream Yogurt Parfait

A vibrant and delicious parfait made with layers of creamy yogurt, fresh blueberries, and crunchy granola, perfect for breakfast or a light dessert.

  • 1 container Silk Blueberry yogurt
  • 1 container Silk Vanilla yogurt
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries, washed and dried
  • 1/2 cup granola

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by washing the blueberries thoroughly and spreading them out to dry.
  2. Select your parfait glasses or bowls to showcase the beautiful layers.
  3. Layer the Silk Blueberry yogurt into the bottom of the glass, filling it about 1/4 of the way.
  4. Add a layer of blueberries on top of the yogurt.
  5. Spoon in the Silk Vanilla yogurt next, smoothing it out for a polished look.
  6. Go for more blueberries and layer them generously on the vanilla yogurt.
  7. Finish with a sprinkle of granola on top for crunch.
  8. Repeat the layers if your glass permits, finishing with granola on top.
  9. Serve immediately, garnished with extra blueberries or mint if desired.
