Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Delightful strawberries filled with a creamy cheesecake mixture, perfect for springtime gatherings.

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Chocolate for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the strawberries: Rinse gently and pat dry, then cut a small cone from the top of each strawberry.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling: Combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl and mix until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  3. Add the graham cracker crumbs to the mixture and fold until evenly distributed.
  4. Stuff the strawberries: Fill a piping bag with the cheesecake mixture and carefully fill each hollowed strawberry.
  5. Chill the stuffed strawberries in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
  7. Serve and enjoy on a platter with optional mint leaves.

Notes

Serve with graham cracker crumbs sprinkles or chocolate sauce for added indulgence. Adjust sweetness of filling as desired.
