Chocolate Covered Raspberries

  • 1 pint Fresh Raspberries
  • 8 oz Dark Chocolate (60-70% cocoa)
  • 4 oz White Chocolate

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace with a rimmed baking sheet and parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  3. Dip each raspberry into the melted chocolate, ensuring an even coat.
  4. Set the dipped raspberries on the parchment paper.
  5. Create a drizzle of melted white chocolate over the coated raspberries (optional).
  6. Let them set in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

Sprinkle a little sea salt on top before serving for extra flavor.
