Pumpkin Coconut Cream Dump Cake

  • 1 can (13.5 ounces) coconut cream
  • 1 box (15.25 ounces) white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
  • 1 cup toasted coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Mix the pumpkin puree and coconut cream in a large bowl until creamy.
  4. Add the white cake mix evenly over the mixture without stirring.
  5. Melt the butter and drizzle it evenly over the dry cake mix.
  6. Sprinkle the toasted coconut on top.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool for at least 15-20 minutes before serving.
