Delicious steak bites cooked in a zesty Cowboy Butter sauce, perfect for any gathering.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Gather all your ingredients, chop parsley, and mince garlic.
  2. Cut your steak: Slice the steak into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 1.5 inches each.
  3. Season the steak: Toss the steak bites with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  4. Heat the pan: Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the steak bites: Add steak bites in a single layer; cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Add garlic and Worcestershire: Remove steak, add garlic to the skillet, and cook until fragrant.
  7. Melt in the butter: Add remaining butter and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet.
  8. Combine and garnish: Toss steak bites in butter-garlic sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
  9. Serve it up: Transfer steak bites to a platter, pouring remaining sauce over the top.
