One-Pot Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Rice

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by gathering everything needed.
  2. Sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium heat for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Brown the chicken breasts seasoned with salt and pepper for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the rice to the pot and toast for about a minute.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and give a good stir.
  6. Season with garlic powder and bring to a gentle boil.
  7. Simmer for about 20 minutes on low heat, covered, until rice is tender.
  8. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted.
