Garlic Parmesan Pasta

A warm and comforting pasta dish tossed in a luscious garlic Parmesan sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil.
  2. Add your spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.
  4. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat until bubbly.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté gently until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Combine the drained pasta with the garlic and butter mixture in the pan.
  7. Pour in the grated Parmesan and mix until melted.
  8. Season with salt and cracked black pepper to taste.
  9. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan and herbs.
