Creamy Strawberry Popsicles

A delightful mix of sweet strawberries and a hint of creaminess, perfect for summer days.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 1/2 oz Freeze-Dried Strawberries
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Strawberries: Place frozen strawberries in a blender and blend until smooth. Reserve some for texture if desired.
  2. Add the granulated sugar and water to the blender, blend until well combined.
  3. Incorporate the heavy cream and pulse until silky smooth.
  4. Add freeze-dried strawberries and gently stir.
  5. Pour mixture into molds, leave space for expansion, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  6. Enjoy your popsicles by running molds under warm water to loosen and pull them out.

Notes

Serve with crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top or melted chocolate for extra flair.
