Ultimate Chicken Caesar Wraps

Delightful Chicken Caesar Wraps combining juicy chicken, crunchy romaine, and creamy Caesar dressing wrapped in a soft tortilla.

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (450g)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (15ml)
  • 1 tsp kosher salt (5g)
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper (2g)
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce (140g)
  • 0.33 cup shaved Parmesan cheese (30g)
  • 1 cup rustic croutons (60g)
  • 0.5 cup creamy white Caesar dressing (120ml)
  • 4 large soft white flour tortillas (10-inch/25cm)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken. Pat chicken breasts dry and season.
  2. Heat the pan. Add olive oil to skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the chicken. Add seasoned chicken breasts to skillet.
  4. Slice the chicken. Thinly slice cooled chicken for wrapping.
  5. Chop the romaine. Wash and dry lettuce, then chop into pieces.
  6. Add the flavor. Toss romaine with Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and croutons.
  7. Assemble the wraps. Place romaine mixture and chicken on tortillas.
  8. Roll it up. Fold sides and roll tightly to enclose filling.
  9. Final touches. Crisp wraps in skillet if desired.
  10. Serve and enjoy! Slice the wraps and arrange on a platter.

Notes

Wraps can be prepared in advance; store tortillas separately to prevent sogginess.
