  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes well.
  3. Create the flavorful mixture by whisking together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat the potatoes in the mixture, ensuring they are evenly covered.
