Pumpkin Maple Pecan Dump Cake

A cozy and easy dessert combining pumpkin, maple syrup, and pecans, perfect for fall gatherings.

  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup 100% pure maple syrup
  • 1 (15.25 oz) box butter pecan cake mix
  • 1 cup pecans, toasted
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Combine the pumpkin puree and maple syrup in a mixing bowl.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the butter pecan cake mix evenly over the pumpkin layer.
  6. Top with the toasted pecans.
  7. Pour the melted butter evenly over the top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
  9. Cool for 10 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, and drizzle with extra maple syrup.
