Pumpkin Harvest Fruit Dump Cake

An easy yet impressive dessert that combines pumpkin and mixed autumn fruits, topped with a crunchy pecan streusel.

  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups mixed autumn fruit (apples, pears, cranberries)
  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Layer the pumpkin puree with warm spices at the bottom of the dish.
  4. Add the mixed autumn fruit over the pumpkin layer.
  5. Sprinkle the spice cake mix evenly over the fruit.
  6. Add the chopped pecans on top of the cake mix layer.
  7. Melt the butter and drizzle it over the top.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra touch of indulgence.
