Fireworks Cookies and Cream Cookies

Celebrate summer with these fluffy and chewy Fireworks Cookies and Cream Cookies, packed with colorful candies and chocolate cookie chunks.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup crushed cookies (e.g., Oreo)
  • 1/2 cup red, white, and blue candies (e.g., M&Ms)
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles (red, white, and blue)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the white cake mix with the crushed cookies and colorful candies in a large bowl.
  3. Add the vegetable oil and eggs; mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Scoop generous tablespoons of dough and roll into balls; place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Sprinkle extra candies and sprinkles on top of each cookie ball.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. Enjoy with milk or ice cream!

Notes

These cookies can be customized with different candies or nuts. They can also be frozen for later baking.
