Fresas con Crema

A classic Mexican dessert that combines the sweetness of fresh strawberries with a creamy, luscious mixture.

  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Sugar, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the strawberries by rinsing under cool water, patting dry, hulling, and slicing them.
  2. Create the cream mixture by combining heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
  3. Taste the cream mixture and adjust sweetness with sugar if needed.
  4. Assemble in serving bowls or cups, layering the sliced strawberries and pouring cream on top.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For variation, try adding blueberries, substituting with coconut cream, or adding a chocolate drizzle.
