Celebrate summer with these delicious Frozen S’more Sandwiches that combine creamy, crunchy, and gooey goodness in a nostalgic treat.

  • 1 cup Graham Crackers, crushed
  • 23 regular-sized Marshmallows (or mini for easier assembly)
  • 2 Chocolate Bars (milk, dark, or white)
  • 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (or coconut oil for vegan)
  • Milk (optional, for spreading)

Instructions

  1. Prep your marshmallows by toasting them over a flame or under a broiler until golden and gooey.
  2. Crush the graham crackers in a sealed bag until they are fine crumbs.
  3. Create the sandwich base with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on a graham cracker square.
  4. Assemble the sandwich by pressing a toasted marshmallow onto the ice cream and topping with another graham cracker.
  5. Roll the edges in the graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Freeze assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet for at least 2 hours until firm.
  7. Slice and serve each sandwich in half for easier eating.

Notes
