Fruit Popsicles

Refreshing fruit popsicles perfect for all seasons, bursting with the flavor of your favorite fruits.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Fruit (Strawberries, Mangoes, Bananas)
  • Water or 100% Fruit Juice
  • Sweetener (Optional: honey, sugar, agave syrup, maple syrup)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your fruit: wash and hull strawberries, slice mangoes, and cut bananas into manageable pieces.
  2. Blend the fruit in a blender with 2 cups strawberries, 1 ripe banana, and juice from half a lime.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with honey or extra juice if needed.
  4. Fill your popsicle molds with the mixture, leaving room for expansion.
  5. Insert sticks if needed, then freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
  6. Unmold the popsicles by running warm water over the mold.

Notes

For creative flavors, try mixing different fruits or adding coconut water for a refreshing twist.
