A comforting twist on cheeseburgers, these Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are wrapped in buttery dough and packed with delicious flavor, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can refrigerated dough (like biscuit or pizza dough)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the cooked beef with cheddar and parmesan cheese until well combined.
  4. Prepare the refrigerated dough, rolling it out or flattening as needed.
  5. Fill each piece of dough with a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture.
  6. Seal the dough around the filling and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can mix garlic powder into the melted butter before brushing it on the bombs.
