Garlic Parmesan Corn on the Cob

  • 4 ears Fresh Corn on the Cob
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the corn by husking and rinsing the ears under cool water.
  2. Boil or grill the corn until tender, about 5-7 minutes if boiling or 10-15 minutes if grilling.
  3. Make the garlic butter by melting butter and simmering minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Combine the melted butter with grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Coat each ear of corn with the garlic Parmesan butter.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a spicy twist, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
