  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen, chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the mashed bananas (or applesauce) and maple syrup until combined.
  4. Add the vanilla extract and almond flour, mixing until smooth.
  5. Combine the rolled oats, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Stir the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until barely combined.
  7. Incorporate the chopped strawberries gently.
  8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
