  • 1 cup Fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup Coconut water
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Brew the hibiscus tea by steeping in hot water for 5-10 minutes until rich in flavor.
  2. Prepare your ingredients: measure pineapple and lime juice, chop fresh pineapple if necessary.
  3. Blend the cooled hibiscus tea, pineapple chunks, coconut water, lime juice, and ice until smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with more lime juice or hibiscus tea if necessary.
