Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed kale (fresh or frozen, stems removed)
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 medium orange (peeled)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or coconut milk)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Start by rinsing the kale under cold water. Remove the stems if using fresh kale.
  2. Add to blender: In your blender, add 1 cup of packed kale first, then toss in the 2 cups of frozen mango chunks.
  3. Peel and add the orange: Cut it into segments and add to the blender.
  4. Pour in the almond milk: Blend on low, then high until smooth—about 30 seconds.
  5. Taste and adjust: If needed, add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
  6. Serve it up: Pour into a glass or bowl and garnish as desired.
