A delectable dish featuring salmon coated in a sweet and tangy maple Dijon glaze, perfect for cozy dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pieces salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep your baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  3. Make the maple Dijon glaze by whisking together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic in a medium bowl.
  4. Season the salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish, sprinkling with salt and pepper, and generously coat with the glaze.
  5. Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork and is slightly caramelized.
  6. Baste the salmon with remaining glaze halfway through baking.
  7. Serve with fresh herbs and lemon wedges for added flavor.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding fresh ginger or citrus juice to the glaze. Can be prepared in advance by marinating the salmon.
