Garlic Parmesan Corn on the Cob

A quick and easy recipe to elevate corn on the cob with garlic butter and Parmesan cheese.

  • 4 ears Fresh Corn on the Cob
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the corn by peeling husks and removing silk. Rinse and pat dry.
  2. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add corn and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. Make the garlic butter by melting butter in a saucepan, adding minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Combine the corn with garlic butter, drizzling generously over each ear.
  5. Finish with a sprinkle of Parmesan, salt, pepper, and parsley.

Notes

Serve immediately while warm. Pairs well with grilled meats or salads.
