Refreshing Berry Watermelon Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • Watermelon
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries
  • Fresh Mint
  • Honey
  • Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Start by washing all your fruits thoroughly.
  2. Cut the watermelon: Cut it in half, then quarters, and slice away the rind. Chop the flesh into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Slice the strawberries: Remove the stems, and slice each berry into quarters or halves.
  4. Add blueberries and blackberries whole to the bowl.
  5. Prepare fresh mint: Finely chop about 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves and sprinkle into the fruit bowl.
  6. Mix the dressing: Whisk together 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of lime juice in a separate bowl.
  7. Combine everything: Drizzle the dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently.
  8. Taste test: Adjust the honey and lime as needed.
  9. Chill: Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes (optional).

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can last up to two days in the fridge. Customize by adding other fruits or nuts.
