Homemade Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal

A delightful homemade version of the beloved Cinnamon Toast Crunch that evokes nostalgia and warmth.

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the rolled oats, wheat flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Prepare the wet mixture by whisking together the vegetable oil, honey, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Cool completely and break apart the clusters.
  8. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
