Pumpkin Cranberry Orange Dump Cake

A cozy dessert that combines the flavors of pumpkin, cranberry, and orange, perfect for autumn.

  • 1 can Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 box Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 1 tbsp Orange Zest
  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
  3. Pour the pumpkin puree evenly in the baking dish.
  4. Dollop the cranberry sauce over the pumpkin and spread gently.
  5. Sprinkle the dry vanilla cake mix over the pumpkin and cranberry layers without stirring.
  6. Add the orange zest across the cake mix.
  7. Shower the pecans over the top.
  8. Drizzle the melted butter over the entire cake.
  9. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
  11. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

Store leftovers covered in the fridge. This cake is also great for breakfast.
