Garlic Grilled Shrimp Skewers

  • 1 pound Jumbo Shrimp
  • 45 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Metal or soaked wooden Skewers

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, combine your chopped garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well!
  2. Marinate the Shrimp: Add your cleaned and deveined jumbo shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes to an hour.
  3. Skewer the Shrimp: Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, leaving space between each for even cooking.
  4. Preheat Your Grill: Get the grill nice and hot for about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Grill the Shrimp: Cook the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
