Indian Mango Lassi

A creamy and refreshing mango lassi made with ripe mangoes, yogurt, and a hint of cardamom.

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mangoes: Wash, peel, and dice the mangoes into small chunks.
  2. Blend the ingredients: In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, yogurt, and milk. Blend until smooth.
  3. Sweeten it up: Add sugar and ground cardamom and blend again to combine. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  4. Chill it down: Add ice cubes (if desired) and blend again for a cooler texture.
  5. Serve & enjoy: Pour into glasses and garnish with ground cardamom or fresh mango slice.

Serve in chilled glasses for a refreshing touch, and feel free to experiment with variations like adding banana or mint.
