Mini Peach and Cream Cheese Tarts

Delicious mini tarts filled with creamy cheese and fresh peaches, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Homemade Puff Pastry
  • Fresh Peaches, Sliced
  • Cream Cheese, Softened
  • Cinnamon
  • Lemon Juice
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. Make the Puff Pastry by combining flour and cold butter. Add ice-cold water until forming a dough and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  2. Roll Out the Pastry to about 1/8 inch thick and cut circles for the muffin tin.
  3. Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling by blending softened cream cheese, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Assemble the Tarts by pressing the pastry into the muffin tin, fill with cream cheese, and top with sliced peaches.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Cover with aluminum foil if browning too quickly.
  6. Serve Warm with a drizzle of honey or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Notes

These tarts are best served warm and can be garnished with mint leaves for extra flair.
